Since leaving the UK in 2017, I have continued the work I started with QCS in 2010 as a freelance consultant based in the US. My current work involves reviewing policies and procedures as well as creating new policy products. My previous achievements included key involvement in the creation of a comprehensive policy review centre (center), creating a new and improved policy format, internal workflow improvements and creation of a mock inspection tool kit, to name a few.

Responsible for reviewing closing packages to ensure they were compliant with investor guidelines before releasing funds. Released between $1,000,000-$2,000,000 in funds per day at the Maple Grove, MN branch. Worked proactively with title companies to make sure closing and funding process was completed in a smooth and timely manner.

When I started at this branch it was known as North American Mortgage Company. It was acquired by Washington Mutual while I was employed there.I started as general office help, filing, and doing follow up work for Mortgage Closers. I was then moved in the scheduling department where I scheduled closing dates/packages for mortgage brokers and ensured that the title companies performing the closings had the appropriate Errors and Omissions Insurance.My last 2 years at Washington Mutual were spent as an Appraisal Coordinator. I pre-screened appraisal reports to ensure they would run through the automated review process smoothly. Additional I was assistant to a Regional VP and 3 staff review appraisers. I scheduled meetings, ordered supplies, composed office memos, and provided general office assistance as needed.
