Heavily involved in the ongoing development of WaMu’s Loss Management System (LMS). LMS is the Bank’s system of record for Deposit Loss Processing and Fraud. It is a multi-tiered application developed using agile techniques in Smalltalk, GemStone/S and Oracle. Business processes supported included account charge-off, return deposited items (RDI), forgery, new account review, deposit fraud, and check card fraud. Acted as Project Manager for many low dollar, low risk projects utilizing industry standard project methodology (Atlas - PMLC), system development life cycle and change control procedures.
