I see clients with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mood disorders. My main modalities are Person Centered, EMDR, IFS, CBT, and DBT. Additionally, I supervise students from a variety of schools working towards their master programs as well as LPCC candidates working towards licensure. I use a clinician centered approach and lead from a place of curiosity to understand the full thought process of each unique supervisee.

Outside of my advocacy and education work with eating disorders, I enjoy seeing adults and teenagers with a variety of needs such as anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. I am trained in EMDR and work with clients suffering from PTSD and other areas where EMDR can be helpful. Additionally, I supervise LPCC candidates working towards full licensure.
