-Hire, educate and manage roster of 40+ brand ambassador models and lead quarterly staff meetings-Organize, staff and execute special events, on and off premise promotions and tastings, for all brands in the company's portfolio to include Grey Goose Vodka, Jägermeister, Bärenjäger, Corazon Tequila, Gekkeikan Sake, JC VSOP Cognac, Sidney Frank Wine Selections and Tommy Bahama Ultra Premium Rum.-Coordinate with distributor/supplier sales reps, and retailers to create staff training seminars-PR/Media experience in conjunction with launch of new brands and high profile events-Manage budgets to include but not limited to T&E, brand promotion hours, model per diems, bar spends, etc.-Confidently relate new product knowledge to models, consumers, retailers and distributor reps-Create Excel spread sheets, power point presentations and maintain weekly documentation through computer generated programs to effectively maintain budgets and communicate with corporate regarding promo hours, expenses, spends-Coordinate appearances at multiple large on/off premise events (50,000+) which utilize national programs in conjunction with local market reps to execute brand awareness-Exceed annual sales goals as a contributing member of a team that sold 1 million cases of Jagermeister in 2004 and 2.9 million cases in 2009. Contributed to the sale of 1 million cases of Grey Goose Vodka in 2001 when the product had only been on the market since 1997. -Coordinate and execute the promotion of product portfolio at trade shows, charity events and other special promotional events -Visit retailers and distributor representatives on a regular basis to individually discuss product placement and programming-Develop training updates and performance reviews to keep employees current regarding all changes in corporate, HR and governmental policies, with particular attention to the regulations and protocols of ASPI, SFIC and DISCUS
