- I research, replicate or design, build, and deliver all paper props as prescribed on time for 15 stage productions per year while juggling multiple projects, switching gears often on tight deadlines, learning new and complicated crafts, and I love it.- I use Adobe Creative Suite, Epson printers and scanners, all the paints, adhesives, pencils, papers, boards, and all the random objects imaginable but mostly my own two hands. - I collaborate on, build, alter, and repair props that are not necessarily paper as needed using skills such as painting, weaving, electronics, leather working, sticking things to other things...- I read scripts, take notes, ask questions, and work with my supervisor and often directly with the show's designer to deliver the best and most appropriate prop possible in the time given.- I support other people in my prop shop and the other production shops in the theater with graphic needs such as creating stencils or cleaning up images for them to use.- I serve as minor IT support for the rest of my shop.- I enter and track all prop shop purchases in the theater's digital accounting system, Microix, through Citrix Workspace.- I keep a digital inventory of the theater's furniture props and serve as the "Prop Rental Princess."- I try my darndest to put props back into storage where they belong when we strike a show.- I gladly hold the title of "Minister of Optimism" and sometimes eat cake with my hands.

- I train horses and riders in the art of classical dressage as I learned through Anita Adams and her teacher, Karl Mikolka.- I love, respect, and advocate for the well-being of the equine athlete.- I teach riders to better understand and communicate with their equine partners.

- I participate in and contribute to regular board activities such as support group facilitation, fundraising, and event planning.- I also contribute graphics and website work to promote the group and related events.

- I made digital signatures of mostly magazine files and ensured layout was correct for printing on plates.- I checked incoming client PDF files to ensure that they were print ready and flagged issues or corrected the files.- I printed proofs on an Epson p9000 and cut and assembled them before images went to press.- I designed graphics as assigned, mostly magazine ads and a company brochure using Adobe Creative Suite.- I scanned and color corrected and/or cleaned up images using an Epson Perfection scanner and Adobe Photoshop.- I readied files for UV coating using Adobe Illustrator.- I readied shipping labels for mass mailings.- I proofed printed plates.

- I assisted teaching young kids' after-school art classes - I had a blast nurturing kids'​ creativity during Kaleidoscope of Arts Summer Arts Camp- Puppet Designer, Assistant Costume Designer, Light Board Operator for "Seussical"​- Light Board Operator and prop trunk dresser for "The Fantastiks"- Lighting Designer, Sound and Light Tech, Light & Sound Board Operator for "A Midsummer Night's Dream"​- Assistant Stage Manager, Assistant Sound Designer, Light & Sound Board Operator for "The Arsonists"​- Set construction and painting assistance for "A Dickens Christmas Carol: A Traveling Travesty in Two Tumultuous Acts"

2013 - 2014: Member of Communications Committee and served as MCAD Alumni Newsletter Coordinator.2014 - 2015: Member of Mentorship Committee, coordinating events to serve current MCAD students.

- A huge part of my heart will live here forever- I got to support meaningful community-based puppetry and performance art working under and learning from amazing artists from multiple countries and cultures- I helped people of all ages in the community contribute their own visions to the MayDay Parade- I assisted in mask making and puppet building classes for kids- I helped build puppets and masks and painted sets for numerous performances- I regularly performed in masks on stage and at events- I added my own creative vision to performances- I was a stage manager for a section of the MayDay parade
