A customer advocate. To ensure the customer is successful in how they use our products and maximizing the system and help with all the resources i.e. education, training, roadmap, organizing as well as being their main point of contact for escalations. Other responsibilities include leading regional user groups.-Achieve strategic alignment with customer’s plans for growth and GE product utilization by establishing and maintaining executive level relationships with key customer decision-makers.-Development of reference sites leveraging GE solutions and resources to strengthen partnerships and the product. -Promote customer discussions around product utilization and usage with an emphasis on best practices-Responsible for the management of 250 direct accounts including fostering the business relationship, customer satisfaction and ownership of the account-Facilitate annual west coast CPS customer user groups which drive business growth, sharing of product knowledge and result in collaborative customer sessions

-Responsible for successfully converting over 50 ambulatory out-patient medical practices from paper charts to electronic charts. -Lead customers through the planning process and implementation of the GE Centricity Electronic Medical Record application. -Accountable for driving customer organizational key decision discussions in order to determine clinic workflow processes. -Modifying workflows as they are related to the EMR and creating the proper documentation to support those changes. -Customizing clinical content based off the practice’s requirements to fulfill the needs of the practice. -Conducted onsite clinical training of all staff directly affected by the EMR. -Provide remote support by phone, email and web. Assist with 3rd party software setup that has the ability to interface with the GE Centricity EMR

- Provided first line phone support to users of Centricity Electronic Medical Records Software and associated applications, such as scanning (Encore Imaging Software) and enlisting help from IS technicians as necessary.- Escalated to enlist additional support to provide resolutions and appropriately assessing the priority and severity of each problem. - Followed defined procedures for logging service requests. - Completed daily downloads of data for Logician interfaces (Hospital Labs, Transcriptions). - Monitor data transfer hardware (DTS) and software to assure it is available. - Trained new and existing TOC employees on Logician as well as new divisions implementing Centricity. - Developed forms (using Encounter Form Editor) to improve clinic workflow, document workflows and maintain in a current state.
