Vip Sales Representative
Current• Key external representation of the company’s theme park products and services• Responsible for increasing attendance and revenue for Universal Studios Hollywood theme park by actively promoting products and generating consumer-direct sales at various outside venues, both on property and off property• Accountable for meeting the daily revenue and attendance goals of the company•Sell a wide variety of theme park products to a diverse market and consistently convert inquiries into solid sale• Upsell into an upscale, premium experience• Deliver sales pitches using a microphone and engage a high traffic area into purchasing or upgrading to a premium product• Actively prospect for new business and maximize last minute sales potential• Meet set quality standards relating to sales pitch, conversion techniques, and guest service• Meet established sales metrics (sale and conversion goals are subject to change, depending on business needs)• Maintain knowledge on all products and relevant theme park information in order to effectively present and discuss all products and services offered• Process ticket sales and reservations according to Standard Operating Procedure(s)• Responsible for all aspects of monetary and credit transactions• Perform market and competitor assessments to assist in identifying new opportunities and targets• Foster good working relationships with internal and external partners• Represent the company and product image at all times
