Manage all phases of recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement and on-boarding. Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, direct sourcing, and referrals. Prospect new business and identify key staffing needs alongside managers to senior-level executives. Using a consultative sales approach, make sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key hiring managers to recommend staffing solutions and provide services including contract negotiations, online job postings, pre-employment testing, and reference checks.

As a Certified Natural Chef (Bauman College-Feb; 2011), provided all aspects of kitchen management for a Holistic Culinary Arts program. Coursework emphasizes nutritional and therapeutic meals and mastery of all necessary culinary techniques.
