Responsible for the proper execution of orders, based on assigned customers. This includes post-sales activities such as order fulfillment, customer service, contract management, logistics coordination and trade finance. Further responsibility includes providing sales support to lead sales individuals in preparing proposals and contract management. This position is a liaison between customers and various internal departments to ensure and provide customer satisfaction and proper execution of internal processes.

Provide Customer Service and Manage Apple Desk for Dried Fruit Ingredients Supplier/Brokerage office. Process Purchase Orders received from customers and release product from various warehouse locations within US and Canada, to include arrangement of freight for customer. Manage the import of containers from suppliers located in Chile, Ecuador and Argentina; whether shipping to warehouse or direct customers. Manage Inventory based off Customer’s forecast and contract needs, including month end reconciliation of electronic database (Quickbooks) against warehouse inventory. Invoice, Accounts Receivable, and Collections, to include Credit Checks (using Coface) and setting up new customers in database.

Supervised up to 10 employees in Central Washington Region of Document Retrieval Service company, providing service to 38 clinics and hospitals. Trained Processing, Customer Service, Field staff, and Clients, in all aspects of Release of Information rules and regulations, according to HIPAA and state law. Created and maintained Client Procedure sheets for the various clinics and hospitals. Installed company software on all computers and laptops. Worked with various Client’s Information System departments to install and update company software on local machines. Trouble-shooted and provided technical support for IOD and client staff with company software. Tested new software before implementing to staff. Handled all local HR functions such as employment listing, interviewing, hiring, employee reviews, new hire paperwork, and performance counseling. Traveled extensively within WA state, as region covered all of Central WA. Also traveled to other regions, including out of state, to provide training and coverage as needed. Helped & advised clients during document conversion from paper chart to electronic health record systems, and from conversion from Electronic Health Record software to another.
