Vitolli's House Products is manufactured using only the best ingredients with no preservatives or artificial ingredients.

My husband and I are the founders of Vitolli's Pizzeria & Italian Eatery. Vitolli's is a small family-friendly restaurant located in Robertsdale, Alabama. We opened Vitolli's in 2007 after losing the first restaurant we owned from 1998 to 2004. Our restaurant was washed away by Hurricane Ivan in 2004. In 2007, we opened Vitolli's Pizzeria & Italian Eatery. Vitolli's is a small 12-table pizzeria with an open kitchen. We made every order to order. This open kitchen concept allowed our patrons to watch us hand-toss their pizza! We took great pride in making a large majority of our products in-house, which is a lot looking at the size of the restaurant! Some of the items we made from scratch were our pizza dough, lasagna, pizza sauce, and our House Marinara and Creamy Italian Dressing, which we now bottle and distribute to local grocery stores in Alabama. In 2013, we decided to take a leap and begin the process of learning how to bottle the recipes that we used at the restaurant. We originally learned how to bottle the recipes ourselves—ultimately deciding to work closely with a bottler to bottle our recipes. Making sure that the bottler closely followed our recipes, using the same products and methods that we used at Vitolli's. I am the creative visionary for the bottling business. Taking on the responsibility for the day-to-day operations: Bookkeeping, sales, marketing, ordering supplies and raw materials. As well as many of the financial decisions, advertising, artwork, media, and overall creative thinking.
