1. Timely preparation of the monthly flash result and management account (township project) 2. As a checker for all the invoices (data entries), contractor claims, payments, journal voucher, reconciliations and management acct. 3. Prepare yearly budget on P&L and cashflow (3 years budget) 4. Assist the superior to ensure, maintain and enforce a proper supervisory programme and competent system of internal control5. Prepare and submit for Regulation 9 and 116. Opening HDA or CA (prepare all necessary docs, apply for BG etc) 7. Responsible for year end audit and draft audit report8. Prepare tax estimation for tax revision if necessary to revise 9. Prepare tax estimation and ensure payments are made timely10. Do cost allocation monthly and make sure all the costs are allocate appropriately and using the correct basis11. Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, lawyers, tax agents and other external parties12. Create new entity, new project etc in IFCA C plus13. Do and check monthly bank recon, loan recon, refund excess pymt recon, and any recon that have disrespancies to make sure my account is clean14. Liaise and coordinate all resolutions and other issues with the Company Secretaries

Responsibilities including prepare full set account for each portfolios, I am currently in charged of six portfolios which five of them are developer account (1 active, 2 semi-active, and two dormant) and one property management account.Job scope including:-1. Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts (active, semi-active & dormant a/c)2. Pass monthly and project journals3. Bank reconciliation 4. Inter-co reconciliation5. Accounts receivable (collection), including monthly collections from property mgmt, progress billing and vacant possession charges - issue Official Receipt - do collection verification - issue progress billing when reach at certain stages of completion6. Accounts payable (payment) -contractor claims -monthly utilities bills -staff claims & debit note -payment verification7. Generate monthly billing -send out to property mgmt 8. Prepare statutory financial statements 9. Prepare vacant possession (VP) docs and issue tax invoice to purchasers -format a table/listing to compute VP charges

Job scope including prepare full set accounts which including prepare journals, pass journal and data entry. I will do monthly accounts closing in every beginning of the months, and immediately download management reports such as trial balance, Statement of Financial Position, Profit and Loss, general ledger and so on. After that, I need do adjustment and check the ledgers difference in order for me to generate management accounts.Besides that, I was required to prepare revenue analysis to keep track on marketing department and presence to my unit head. I need to update budget figure and find out the reason when there is under budget or inconsistent figures appeared in my reports.Prepare and complete multiple deadline-driven reports on time are also one of my major job function. As a Finance Executive, I was also required to prepare and submit multiple reports such as Continuous Surveillance, Takaful Window, Ageing and Captive reports to Labuan Offshore Financial Services Authority (LOFSA). I was in charge in preparing report for two subsidiary companies which one of them was captive insurance company. LOFSA required company registered under Labuan to submit report quarterly, half-yearly and yearly.In addition, I need to work independently and prepare monthly bank reconciliation. Since my company bank accounts consist of MYR, SGD, HKD, and USD. It made me spent more time in understand the flow of complete a bank reconciliation for a month. Anyhow, I had try and completed it by review back previous file. During the period i joined this company, I had provided a lot of document reconciliation to our external auditors. It made me to gained more knowledge in audit process flow and the benefits and cons to do correct and accurate monthly management reports. During audit period, I was also prepared bank confirmation, debtor and payable confirmation, debtor and payable reconciliation, audit query and so on.
