As a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, I assist clients in reaching their optimal health, with nutrition education, making healthy choices, weight-loss, and navigating the real world with thoughtful consistent adherence. As a Certified Behavior Change Specialist, I will further assist my Nutrition clients as they make progress and learn how to make healthier decisions for themselves. I currently also work for a medical management company, largely managing medical data for our patients. I also worked in public education for 13 years. It allowed me to work with a wide variety of students and faculty. I love to problem-solve, plan, be creative, and help others.
