In addition to managing a $1M budget, I also managed an impressive staff of statisticians, programmers, evaluators, analysts, and grant writers. With a knowledge of aging services data and programs, data analysis, planning, and program evaluation, I was able to identify the needs of management and the aging network, and create solutions aimed at improving the lives of Florida’s elders. These solutions took different forms, including strategic plans, reports, performance measures, charts, tools, maps, and policy recommendations.
