Secondary Solutions takes what’s gone wrong and makes it right, with rapid response packaging and manufacturing services. We solve problems for global automotive and aerospace companies like BMW and Boeing, and for manufacturers in the appliance, health care, pharmaceutical, packaging, and industrial equipment sectors. For one customer, that might be repackaging and barcoding a product to meet standards. For others, we provide non-CNC machining to re-tool parts, resolve assembly line issues, even sort spilled deliveries after trucking accidents. We also help manufacturers avoid costly mistakes with 3rd party inspection services and on-site flexible labor. As president and chief customer liaison, my job is to ask the right questions, listen and find time-sensitive, cost-effective solutions. I joined Secondary Solutions in 2017 as director of sales and marketing after graduating from the University of South Carolina and working as a radiology nurse. I grew up admiring my mother for breaking barriers in manufacturing, then watched her start Secondary Solutions and guide it through the 2008 recession. The chance to work alongside her brought me back home. In 2018, BMW selected me for their prestigious Green Belt program, the gold standard of quality certification for manufacturing processes--another sign to me that manufacturing is where I belong. Meanwhile, my nursing expertise benefits our work in safety, drug testing, and OSHA compliance.
