1. Analyze and explore the deeper demands of clients 2. Conduct intake meeting to align with Hiring Managers and HR for the requirement positions, involvement, process, timeline, etc.3. Conduct initial screening activities based on the conclusion of the intake meeting.4. Based on Client's selection process and requirements to arrange interviews, fill the required information, tests and assessment with the idnetified candidates, and collect feedback from the interviewers.5. Negotiation of offer, preparation for counter-offer, final comfirmation of acceptance.6. Performance follow-up at end of one, three and six month.7. Responsible for Drafting up the different kinds of contracts including employment contract, service scheme and quotation.8. Maintain good relationship with existing clients, ensure services including payroll, staffing, recruiting and other routines are delivered in an accurate and timely manner by the whole team9. Provide HR consultation to business units of client companies directly in areas covering labor laws, local regulations, and employment management

1. Coordinate with team members to proceed employee onboarding and exit logistics;2. Liaise with hiring manager on new employee’s headcount;3. Conduct and arrange the interviews;4. Prepare business presentations, reports of yearly/monthly org.deployment;5. Coordinate with Finance to submit monthly hiring request;6. Coordinate internal transfer of employees.7. Prepare HR report of development and customization as per assigned8. handle employee queries relating HR policies/guidance/process, etc.9. Making travel arrangement, including travel itinerary, air tickets and accommodation10. Address employee relation issues and provide expert advice;11. Identify amendment of existing policy, proactice and communications;12. Liaison with other functions and clients to deal with administrative and operational issues.
