Develop and execute global strategies for regional alumni engagement for over 150 clubs & associations serving the University’s 180,000 alumni worldwide. Designed and facilitated leadership development programs to deliver competitive training opportunities to alumni domestic and internationally. Manage an operating budget of close to $500K. Lead department and key alumni in creation and execution of global initiatives, live and virtual programs to engage broad alumni, student, and community constituencies under Yale’s mission. Advise alumni leaders on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) strategies and procedures to ensure broader engagement of the global alumni community. Expert in creating personalized development plans for alumni volunteers, enabling them to explore and seize new opportunities.

Advised and managed diverse teams of alumni in development of multi-year organizational strategic plans consisting of mission discernment, governance, 501(c)3 status, finance, fundraising, and communication plan analysis.Launched and oversee the continued growth of YaleWomen, an alumni association of all women graduates of the University numbering 55,000. Produced and executed high-profile alumni conferences, symposiums and workshops, domestically and abroad, featuring industry leaders, emerging talents, and icons, while managing staff and a team of volunteers. Negotiated contracts with vendors and hospitality services. Designed web and print materials for conferences and event marketing. Analyzed financial payment systems to monitor event registration. Traveled, consulted and implemented opportunities for alumni engagement within their local communities and with the University to foster the Yale Alumni Association’s leadership pipeline of alumni volunteers around the world. Facilitated solutions and conflict resolution within alumni boards.

Arranged and executed retreats and board meetings for the Yale Board of Trustees (the Yale Corporation), a collection of industry leaders in business, education, medicine and the arts. Oversaw logistics and confidential detail of the annual University Alumni Trustee election process and addressed alumni inquiries. Developed and executed the schedule and content for visits by distinguished alumni and Ivy-league boards. Executed various ad hoc projects as assigned by the Vice President & Secretary of the University. Collaborated on research and drafts regarding University organization and governance for inclusion in the 2009 10-year reaccreditation review by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Research and production of research materials for the Honorary Degrees Committee and coordinated logistics for honorands throughout University commencement weekend. Supervised the production of all University diplomas (undergraduate, graduate and professional schools) and associated documentation. Coordinated the judging of Porter & Field Writing Prize competition annually with tenured University professors. Proofread and revised (historic) Corporation minutes for execution by the Vice President & Secretary and digital scanning. Managed a University Council Committee, an advisory board to the President of the University, relating to the review of the School of Engineering and Applied Science and implementation of initiatives including the Yale Center for Engineering Innovation & Design.
