Mindy is a respected strategist and trusted voice on major transportation projects throughout the Indiana-Kentucky region and serves as public involvement director at Parsons Corporation, working in both the Indianapolis and Louisville offices. Before joining Parsons, Mindy served as vice president of C2 Strategic Communications where she led the firm's Transportation Sector.Mindy has led successful communications and public involvement efforts on numerous projects, keeping stakeholders and members of the public informed and engaged. In addition to leading outreach efforts, Mindy has served as the project spokesperson for the three largest transportation projects undertaken by the two states: the I-69 Ohio River Crossing, RiverLink tolling and the Downtown Crossing portion of the Louisville – Southern Indiana Ohio River Bridges Project.Mindy’s expertise in transportation paves the way for client success. From robust engagement during the environmental process to frequent updates during construction, Mindy has demonstrated time and again the value of clear and concise communications. She develops messaging that makes a difference, identifies diverse and effective tools to reach key audiences and delivers a seamless experience that resonates with clients.Mindy puts her journalistic background to work to help infrastructure clients shine and to simplify the complex. She knows how to tell a successful story that builds understanding and engagement through strategic and meaningful outreach.Before developing a passion for transportation, Mindy spent nearly two decades at WHAS Radio where she was an award-winning news anchor and served as assignment editor.
