Labor And Employee Relations Specialist
Current• Promote the development and growth of collaborative labor-management and employee-employer relationships.• Provide accurate and comprehensive guidance that will empower management to make informed decisions as labor challenges arise, with expert advice, technical guidance, training, as well as interpretation and application of relevant policies and procedures. • Work with the Director of Human Resources and provide comprehensive labor relations expertise, advice, and consultation to supervisors, managers and human resources staff to ensure the proper interpretation and administration of partnership and side agreements. • Assist with contract grievance processing and other administrative matters involving labor relations and employee relations. • Counsel on a broad range of employee issues including contract fulfillment, policy interpretation, employee conflict, work conditions, performance management, employee discipline, dispute processes, and employee coaching.
