I am now the department head for both the exhibits and collections departments, and I supervise 4 people. In addition to supervisory duties, I still design and install our permanent exhibits and public spaces, while the Curator of Temporary Exhibits focuses on our changing exhibit areas.

I am the head of the Exhibits Department, and I design and build all the exhibits in the museum, spanning 4 public buildings. I handle all exhibit scheduling and budgeting. Design includes everything from floor plans and graphic design, to the design of specific components. I coordinate outside contractors when we use them, but most of our construction is done in-house. I also have an associate who handles exhibit maintenance, and she helps with design, construction, installation, and graphic design. In addition to supervising my associate, I also supervise department volunteers and interns.
