I am an entrepreneur, thought leader, and humanitarian. My professional journey has taken me from an office assistant to the CEO of a successful wealth management firm, to the co-founder of a women-owned SaaS and creator of the Human Recovery Platform™ by Workplace Healing Inc. Building this platform was an incredibly challenging and rewarding endeavor. I am deeply committed to finding solutions that empower leaders to increase empathy and compassion, providing them with practical strategies to support their employees during life's most difficult transitions.At the height of my career, my life was forever changed by the violent loss of my father and oldest son, murdered by a white supremacist. This tragedy led me to shift my focus from guiding people financially to helping them heal from trauma and loss.As the co-founder of SevenDays®, a nonprofit promoting kindness and understanding, I continue to shape its future with my leadership and vision. My passion now extends into humanitarian volunteerism, with Global Care Force – transforming the lives of volunteers and the humans for whom they provide medical care.I am the author of Healing a Shattered Soul (2021) and an advocate for education, diversity, and forgiveness. As an inspirational speaker I share my personal journey as a mother, daughter, wife, and colleague, inspiring individuals and organizations to create environments filled with H.O.P.E. (Healing, Opportunity, Purpose, Empowerment).
