Influenced by my Software Engineer Father, who bestowed upon me his love of learning the latest technologies as well as his knowledge of things such as building circuit boards to coding, my passion for technology grew. Being at times a contractor and at other times a hiring manager, he also exposed me to all aspects of hiring and interviewing. Technical Recruiting was a natural fit for me and I thoroughly enjoy finding “diamond in the rough” candidates, helping to build out diverse teams and seeing how they contribute to a company’s growth and connecting people to a job that they enjoy spending the majority of their time doing.
