Mindy is a Founding Member of CHIEF Miami, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there and serves as a member of the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) Customer Success Advisory Board.Mindy previously held the position of VP, Customer Success for Ellucian, a market leader in higher education technology solutions where she was responsible for delivering customer success services to more than 3,000 colleges and universities globally. Prior to joining Ellucian, she was the Vice President of Enterprise Support Services worldwide for Citrix. In this capacity she led the global strategic direction, profitable operations and execution of Citrix's premier customer success and support service offerings through the delivery of 200+ enterprise support account managers and technical engineers worldwide. P&L responsibility for enterprise support services organization representing a portfolio of 1,000 unique customers and $1B in annual product, support and services bookings across all major verticals worldwide.Mindy joined Citrix from Resources Global Professionals where she was a Managing Director responsible for the overall South Florida consulting practice including strategy, market growth, business development and client service across all lines of professional services. She was previously a Partner at BearingPoint & KPMG Consulting focused on designing, delivering and supporting enterprise-wide business and technology transformation solutions.Mindy was a Partner with Unisys Global Public Sector, Assistant Controller for Harry Winston, Inc., and spent the early part of her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Ernst & Young.
