Most recently, I was the project leader on the development of a wellness program/brand for a company of 900 employees. This process included developing the brand and mission, as well as developing a yearly points based program and selecing a vendor for a tracking system. I am an administrator for the HRIS system we utilize (ADP), which includes our benefit/recruitment programs as well as our time and attendance programs. I have participated in the development of the recruiting module when we first introduced the system, and have also participated in the development of the open enrollment process. I complete the corrective action process for the entire company, which includes preparing memos to file, coaching managers on the corrective action process and coaching process of employees, and working with the our unemployment consultant on situations that arise from individuals leaving their employment. I recruit for opportunities in our corporate offices (located across the state). Duties include advertising positions and determining the best way to attract candidates, intitial screening of applicants, job offers, orientations, and background checks. Additionally I complete the balancing of several accounts, exit surveys, annual affirmative action reporting, verifications of employment and annual job description updates. I have experience in FMLA.leave of absences and have assisted with the budget process. One of 3 presenters for HR 101 series, created by us to better educate our managers on HR topics. Also helped to create an orientation update for new hires after 90 days, which revisits many things learned in their first week.
