Hired for her strong leadership and proven ability to quickly and effectively drive sales and marketing growth, Mindy DiPietro has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aesthetic Treatment Centers in Naples, Florida. There she assumes the responsibility for leading the development and execution of the spa’s business strategy and ever-growing vision. DiPietro’s experience within the spa industry spans more than 10 years, where she most recently held the position of Spa Director at Tru Glo Medspa since its inception in November 2014. There she used her passion, positivity and sales expertise to both develop the spa’s long-term business plans and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, its staff and customers. Prior to that role, she held similar medspa positions, most notably as founder, aesthetician and owner of D’Amici Salon & Spa in Naples, FL, for six years. Due to her success there, DiPietro was profiled in Distinctive Women, which is an online publication that highlights industry leaders in order to empower and inspire other women.A driven and enterprising executive, DiPietro honed her sales skillset at Mary Kay Cosmetics where she held the role of Independent Senior Sales Director for more than a decade. During that time, she demonstrated her leadership skills by coordinating and motivating over 125 sales professionals in order to exceed her performance goals.DiPietro also has a passion for philanthropy. Using her keen ability to build relationships and help others, she has held posts on the Board of Directors for both the PACE Center for Girls, Collier at Immokalee, and the Naples Better Government Committee. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, DiPietro began her career as a speech and language pathologist in the Collier County public school system, where she worked closely with her patients to analyze, identify, treat and help prevent communication disorders.
