My creative art experience began at the age of ten when I did face painting for my little sister’s birthday party. From that point on, most everything in my life was art. During high school, I became ill with mononucleosis. Homebound for more than a week, I began to follow some drawing classes on television. As I found myself enjoying the television classes, I began enrolling in some art classes in high school. This was followed by a major in Art at Syracuse University. Utilizing the creative side of my brain, I’ve done work in fashion and the culinary arts. But, nothing has been more satisfying than the visual arts.My first real collections finally stemmed at age 40, first with my mixed media and then onto my Wall Sculptures. It reminds me of the story about the woman who approached Picasso in a restaurant and asked him to scribble something on a napkin. She said she would be happy to pay whatever he felt it was worth. Picasso complied and said"That will be $10,000”. The astonished woman replied, “But you did that in thirty seconds”. “No”, Picasso replied. "It has taken me forty years to do that."Out of my mixed media collection stemmed my newest and most unique collection “Wall Sculpture Ball Art”. I had been playing around with wooden discs, and I saw a bag of wooden balls on Amazon. I had already been working with spray paint and planned to add them individually to a canvas. Instead I created a single abstract piece. I grabbed a small cradled box to use as a frame, and from that moment I found the most wonderful and unique collection I’ve ever done. As a member of the Century 21 Judge Fite team, I was the first out of 1000 agents in the DFW area. The decision to go that route, and the passion I have for it, is because I love apartments. Ive lived in house but I’m a former New Yorker and have spent most of my life in apartments, having absolutely no desire to own a house or live in one. “When you love it, it doesn’t feel like work” that rings true to me.My number one goal when it comes to a client is safety. I will never place a client in somewhere I would not live. My second priority is my clients happiness. Both of those things I put first and foremost above any financial compensation for me.Over the time I have been doing this I’ve really figured out what clients like and dislike in prior experience with locators. From that, I was able to create and hands on system that has become successful. A client is not a number to me. That is my focus.
