• Negotiate pay and bill rates with both candidates and clients and complete billing forms for both contract and direct hire placements.
• Source and recruit through Milwaukee jobs, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Job Center of WI site, ATS, as well as personal and professional connections.
• Creation of job descriptions and postings to job board sites, LinkedIn, and other areas to gain traction on candidates for positions.
• Perform background checks, set up drug screening, TB skin testing and vaccination records needed for placements as well as new hire paperwork.

• Verify credentials based on their position.
• Placement and scheduling of medical staff in per-diem and contract positions based on their experience.
