JOB DUTIESAs the Business Support Manager, I act as the go-to employee for all internal matters, taking care of our employees (payroll and human resources), our data (database training, maintenance, and spiffy report creation), and our partners (vendor payment processing).In addition, I work with our fabulous social media consultant to show the world just how much fun we have at The Hub (*hint* it's a lot of fun)!I am a key pinch-hitter for technology troubleshooting, including audio/visual equipment (LCD projectors, speakers, Polycoms)--our technology manager's Girl Friday.But my favorite task by far is answering management's "Do we know if...?" questions with detailed data analysis.
