I know first-hand the rewards and challenges of leading a small business. I was co-founder, executive leader, President & COO of a Denver-based digital marketing agency turned consultancy that I, along with our masterful colleagues, created, scaled, and evolved, building a high-performing community of subject matter experts primarily serving well-known e-commerce clients in retail, specialty retail, and direct-to-consumer brands.I enjoyed success, and learned from many failures or missteps, growing an agency from the ground up to a multi-million-dollar business. And, now, after 20 years as an executive, and a former Vistage member myself, I am focusing on returning the gift of a truly impactful peer advisory group to other executive leaders in need of a safe & confidential space to explore solutions to their most challenging issues and opportunities. My own Vistage peer group was an invaluable resource and source of energy and motivation when I was faced with our business challenges and opportunities as we scaled and evolved our agency.I am also a CEO coach for each of my members, providing ongoing, personalized support and a space to brainstorm and problem solve in a 1-on-1 setting.My mission as a Vistage Chair, CEO coach, facilitator, and business advisor is to enrich lives and leadership by inspiring, energizing, and tapping into talents.
