My name is Mindy Baker and I am a recent 2023 graduate from Dalton State College’s Wright School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. While obtaining my degree, I developed project management skills by having a great opportunity to work with the Salvation Army and Hot Hands to help provide ideas to enhance their social media campaigns. Currently, I work as a Benefit Claims Specialist with Mutual of Omaha Insurance company. With this role, I have grown my customer service, problem solving, and date entry skills alongside broadening my knowledge of insurance policies and provisions. I am always looking for ways to help expand my skills and knowledge and I am excited to see what the future holds.
