Founded and operated this NAEYC-accredited learning center for 180 children, their families and 30 staff. Best new child care center 2000, Best of the Bay 2010, Best of Morgan Hill 2010. I changed careers to create this center when I couldn't find a great learning center for our own children. Responsible for visioning, community building and family relations, marketing, hiring, training and staff development, community relations, volunteer coordination.
