My title changed as my department expanded to include not just content strategy, but also broader research and planning in collaboration with our client partners. I led my team in designing quantitative and qualitative research studies that gathered critical input from c-suite leaders, investors, employees, and a broad range of customer audiences in.

In addition to being the lead for key clients, I took on supervision of Hanson's team of specialists in content strategy, social strategy, and paid media strategy. Our successful cross-team collaboration with the video and visual design departments produced compelling brand storytelling and content marketing initiatives across digital platforms for dozens.
