Thanks to a diverse background in the high-tech, start-up, commercial real estate and political arenas, Mindy has honed her eye for detail and knack for juggling multiple roles with ease. During her career, Mindy has managed office relocations, written policy manuals, expanded company workforces through successful recruiting and retention, and established offices in other states and countries. She has maintained politicians' schedules on a state and national level and has created smooth-running office environments from the ground up.Mindy has established and sustained HR processes, including on-boarding of new employees, general policy, benefits, management guidelines and office operations. She is also adept at overseeing company's facility management needs, overseeing space planning during rapid growth periods.Prior to her experience as Human Resources Director for Cradlepoint, Mindy successfully completed the Idaho Real Estate Licensing program during her time at commercial real estate firm Thornton Oliver Keller Real Estate. Currently, Mindy is leading all facets of Brokerage Services at the office of Idaho Commercial Brokerage resulting in unprecedented growth while reducing overhead year-over-year. She also managed the office for a Boise-based high-tech startup company and spent three campaign cycles coordinating statewide tours, scheduling, volunteers and activities for US Senate and Gubernatorial races. An avid outdoor and Idaho girl, Mindy serves on the board of a volunteer organization promoting equal land access rights.
