My name is Mindy Wender and Im just a Mom, Wife, Small Town Girl, Business Owner, Fitness Nut, and Social Media Nerd! I use to think that I would never be someone who was considered healthy or into fitness because I hated going to the gym and running on the treadmill BUT I realized about 5 years ago that I just haven't found something that worked FOR ME.... Thankfully now I have :) I have found workout program that have completely change my body and I am the healthiest I have ever been in my life. After getting my fitness on I decided I wanted to even do more with my life and realized that I could just needed to go for it, so I decided to start my own online fitness business about a year ago and man am I glad I did. Starting this business I have a confidence that I never had in my life and I realized I can accomplish ANYTHING if I just set a goal and DO IT! I went from living less than pay check to pay check, stressed out, struggling to even put food on the table, and really didn't have any self esteem and considered myself "shy" but in the last 12 months I really have accomplished more than I have in 12 years! Also I have less stress in my life with money and time which makes me a better wife and Mother and like I said above I have a confidence now so Im not so shy anymore :) My passion is all about trying to help others who are like me and may not see a lot of themselves right now and open their eyes to see there is so much more to life. I want to help them learn that if they set a goal and GO FOR IT they can accomplish anything!
