Previously in the ad world managing nearly 100 million dollars in ad revenue to make big brands more money, I was unable to reconcile how it helped anything or anyone. I left to learn a new way to interrupt cycles of poverty. The result, Collective Chicago. A space to move alongside the most underserved population in Chicago. Providing young men dignified housing and holistic resources to coach young men out of homelessness. Focused on connecting the dots of segmented services and developing a hyper-local and holistic approach. We stand in the gap to advocate for employment and personal development opportunities that change trajectories. Collective residents have access to counseling, gut-mind psychiatrist, personal trainers, nutritionists, job readiness prep, and budgeting that grows with them. "No kinship, no justice. No justice, no peace." We strive for change collectively. Restoring hope and dignity that builds the foundation for lasting change.
