• Manage Digital Product Information through Informatica Product360
• Support Regal’s core growth initiative of enhanced digital product content initiatives.
• Provide inputs to the management by continuously bench-marking Regal digital tools and product data for best practices and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with resources across Regal to ensure quality and accuracy of the product information.
• Process data and enhanced content requests from customers and internally using Microsoft Excel, Informatica Product 360- Product Information Management system (PIM) output and reports, and other tools.
• Recommend and implement improvements to PIM system and processes.

• Review application’s functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverable.
• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
• Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
• Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
• Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
• Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management.

• Respond to Europe customers via phone, fax or email regarding processing orders or quotes.
• Enter orders as required and supplied by fax or by team email address.
• Work with Pricing team to process orders that deviate from standard pricing or where pricing overrides or exceptions are required
• Work with Engineering team to provide product interchange as required
• Support our inside sales Reps on quotes, pricing and delivery inquiries
• Process returns of merchandise for customers and provide appropriate credit/replacement.

• Built and provided basic to intermediate end-user troubleshooting and desktop support on Windows, Linux and Mac systems.
