• Responsibilities:
• Creating, implementing and overseeing service development and service improvement projects
• Managing the ‘Ask the Expert’ service for the connections directorate in order to meet customer satisfaction scores of 9 and above
• Engaging with key stakeholders to establish relationships in turn allowing for structured and informed improvement projects based on customer needs
