My exceptionally unique background, shaped by diverse industry experiences, has led me to become the unique creator I am todayI began my artistic journey by training under one of China's finest artists, Mr. Chang Jin, in traditional arts until the age of 18. After the first ranking of enrolling in a local art university, I decided to quit and to self-study the computer animationFollowing a brief period of study in Vancouver film school, I joined Lucasfilm Animation's newly established studio in Singapore as one of its first employees, where I learned to express art through technologyOver the course of seven years, I built one of China's leading animation shop - 37 Digital, from scratch, which was later acquired by DreamWorks AnimationSubsequently, I ventured into the mobile internet industry, independently developing three innovative mobile internet products that spanned from media tools to social networking. These products served millions of users and secured investments worth tens of millions of dollars from top-tier investors.These experiences ultimately guided me to devote my entire career to the field of virtual reality (VR), an incredibly powerful medium beyond my imagination. I am deeply inspired by VR and believe in its huge potentials; all we need is some patience and excellent products to prove itHaving recently relocated to the Bay Area, I am now planning to develop a series of VR products, from small to big, gradually accumulating our expierences, strengthes and growing with this industry.
