• Cooperate with various RD teams to promote online project and its deployment.
• Evaluate the operating costs of online platforms and promptly adjust the cloud server specifications.
• Commuicate with supplier to obtain immediate services that are line with company’s interests and real-time services.
• Recruit and cultivate MIS members that can cooperate to maintain various platforms, and deal with problems spontaneously and creatively when encountering issues.

• Overall information security and new network architecture planning and implementation, in order to line with company's operating policy: responsible for planning IDC management, server & storage, basic network, system.
• Responsible for each branch office system management operations, and support their operations.

• 完成Nike廠建廠: a.將未規劃IT管路部份，與印尼工程部門協理說明後排入施作. b.IT機房&倉庫在廠外宿舍，與執行副總爭取後，於行政大樓施工期間再施作，再爭取經費做基礎建置，最終完成機房完整建置及搬遷. c.與各部門討論說明終端佈線Client位置，帶領IT成員施工網路、電話及電腦安裝，完成行政大樓及各廠房辦公室電腦佈署.
