• Ph.D. with 20 years related industrial experience with broad knowledge of protein characterization, glycosylation, post-translational modifications, structure and function relationship, analytical instrumentation, purification, and protein biochemistry. • A subject matter expert with strong knowledge and experience in analytical method development, method qualification and validation, GMP compliance, technology transfer, and regulatory BLA/IND submissions. Familiar with Chemistry Manufacturing, and Control in biologics manufacturing. Familiar and exposure to the FDA, EU, ICH and GMP regulations and guidance. Involved and experienced in response to the FDA IRs and EMEA dossiers. • Effectively interact with others to promote excellence and collaboration. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work in a fast pace environment, multi task and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proactively keeping current scientific knowledge with literature and leveraging modern technologies to create useful and relevant applications.• Oversee teams and manage projects, studies, as well as coaching/developing employees. Lead with examples.
