C&B Administration:- Work with HR & Admin. Manager to implement HR policies and procedures- Ensure regular submission and updates of HR reports- Assist HR & Admin. Manager in administering the remuneration, social benefits and company insurance, e.g. medical, dental, hospitalization, life, travel, employee compensation- Make sure of full compliance with local and national laws and regulations in area related to HR administration- Be responsible for payroll and benefit administration for staff (Include Retail Commission)- Assist salary and benefits survey- Establish & maintain all employee data files are current and accurate- Prepare monthly HR indicators as required such as OT analysis, attendance- Conduct new comers’ on-board process- Personnel data update and management- Assist HR & Admin. Manager to conduct budget/RFCRecruitment:- Set up interviews arrangements- Prepare the hiring documents and follow up the process (e.g. requisition forms, action forms, and offer letter)- Maintain clear records of talent database (e.g. applicants or referrals) and the recruitment log for the future reference- Recruit temps, maintain the temp database and handle payment process
