Internationalized and localized Web NMS application which manages/configures MMSC (Multimedia Messaging Service Center) components.Designed and implemented message tracing feature to enable service providers to troubleshoot mobile subscriber’s message.Implemented mobile subscriber provisioning user interface in Web NMS so that service providers can add/search/modify/delete subscriber from GUI to LDAP.Supported integration efforts between the business layer and the mediation layer.

Built Java and JSP components for Web-based business process application that interfaces with SAP modules and Oracle Database. Developed business processes for Zesati (Business Process Management System) includes Purchase Order, Payment Request, Monthly Travel Plan, Monthly Travel Plan Summary, Project Proposal, Vendor Registration and Sample Request.Performed analytical and technical skills to define, research, and resolve everyday support problems and issues to SIMS (System Integration Management System) and E-MBO (Main Business Object) applications that are built based on ASP and SQL Server.Worked with technical team members and business analysts to evaluate conceptual design and enhance Functional Specifications.
