Account Executive
Current• In-charge of tax & accounting services for clients.• Handle full sets of accounts including month-end and year-end financial closing (AP, AR, GL, GST etc.)• Prepare/review and analyze monthly management and financial reports• Assist in HR matters such as calculating payroll, preparing pay slips and CPF submission • Handles Auto-Inclusion Scheme (AIS) & personal income tax.• Responsible for financial reporting, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Unaudited Financial Statement (Compilation Report)• Prepares AP & AR aging list for clients’ action.• Prepares accounting/audit schedules• Review and monitor all financial accounts including debtors, creditors, fixed assets, and inter-company transactions• Review and submit the company’s GST quarterly returns and handle all GST-related issues• Liaise with various internal and external parties, including statutory boards regarding financial-related matters• Assist in other finance-related matters and ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned• Liaises with clients from various industry on tax planning matter.• Ensures financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
