Manage the recruiting for senior level positions in Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore and Australia;Work with global marketing dept. to set up PAREXEL's Wechat to promotion employee branding and recruiting activities including local, regional and global and keep info up-to-date; Partnership with certain key business stakeholders to understand of business strategy and hiring forecast, participation in global initiate talent acquisition projects for a role of taking as Asia Pacific representative, by doing so, helping to promote PAREXEL company employer brand and candidate attractiveness; being as Campus project owner to lead China campus recruitment in most famous universities, and located in hottest locations to support business fastest growth, proactive to pursue and think about the good ways to improve the recruitment process, making satisfaction both form hiring mgr and candidates, maintain/develop the good relationship with external vendors, make use of social media as a way to source the candidates and make the good company employment branding, grant senior leadership team's support to circulate/emphasis on the internal employee referral program.

In charge of recruitment for parts of China & Hongkong;Champion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing, candidate conversation and interaction, accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system, and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process, demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria, complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement, understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring info

Built up the sourcing strategy and roll out the execution plan, direct approach the potential candidates, selling the job opportunity in an attractive way, and get CVs and select the job fit candidates to the clients, facilitate the interview schedule, greet the candidates arrival at the office, do the reference check for the successful candidates as our clients expected.
