• From October 2018 to present Microsoft SQL Server database administrator and developer for NYCT’s Emergency Booth Communications System upgrade project at Boyce Technologies. Responsible for SQL Server database design, architecture, administration, and tuning. Installed SQL Server components. Created databases and database objects. Analyzed and aggregated data into tables. Set up Windows Server Failover Clustering and SQL Server AlwaysOn Availability Groups. Installed and configured SAP Crystal Server. Created Crystal reports for incident management and analysis.• From February 2021 to present Microsoft SQL Server and Power BI Developer for DC Water Cares Multifamily Assistance Program. Developed stored procedures and loaded data in the database. Created complex measures and computed columns using DAX. Designed Power BI dashboards to track weekly and monthly summaries of application statuses and assistances applied.• February 2021 to April 2021 developed Power BI dashboard prototypes for the NJ Transit Capital Plan project.• From January 2021 to present performed troubleshooting and performance tuning on Starboard Consulting’s IMB Maximo Asset Management Oracle database server. Adjusted server configuration. Cleaned up logs and the SYSTEM tablespace. Set up RMAN backups. Identified long running queries through the database diagnostic monitor.• From July 2021 to present Oracle DBA for Clark County Water Reclamation District. Support and troubleshoot the production Maximo Oracle database.• Worked at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey on a data warehouse project. Assessed the Engineering Department's current and near future capital project reporting requirements. Wrote T-SQL queries. Investigated multiple Microsoft SQL Server databases and identified data needed for a new reporting data warehouse.

• Participated in upgrading the company’s office automation system. Coordinated with vendor on business and data analysis, participated in database design and system deployment. Performed system and use acceptance tests. Developed Sybase Transact-SQL stored procedures for financial reporting.• Responsible for production support, troubleshooting and resolution of issues encountered by system users.

• Participated in a systems migration project converting the SmartStream General Ledger system to the mainframe ledger system used by the headquarters. Performed extensive tests and troubleshooting.• Rewrote the Consolidation and Eliminations Engine in PL/SQL for the new Oracle data warehouse to satisfy legal and regulatory reporting requirements.• Helped other developers in converting financial and regulatory reports.• Designed the Autosys job scheduling for the new environment.• Provided production support for the SmartStream General Ledger system before the final migration. • From April to October 1999, worked on the SmartStream system upgrade project at the National Football League. Set up new database servers and migrated their SmartStream 4.1 system to 6.0. Assisted NFL developers on efficient SQL coding. Streamlined their reporting process and fine-tuned their production environment.• From October 1999 to November 2001, worked at CIBC World Markets as a Sybase database administrator and developer.
