1. Start-up company (2.5 years) within Joyson Group which focus on high voltage charging solution w/ global leading companies, such as VW, GM, SAIC... 2. Setup "Project & Product Management" department, focus on ODM (original design manufacturer) business, products including : Charging Plug, EV Inlet , Charging wallbox, PDU, BDU, EVCC and so on.3. Leading cross function developments to bidding Wallbox projects, and get it done ! (gain 100% wallbox business from FVW VW brand & FVW Audi brand & SVW VW brand & SVW Audi brand);4. Integrating external resource, leading VW MEB Wallbox platform development (w/ min. 150 team members; from 0 to 1, incl. product dev., process dev., plant dev., cloud development.); Projects SOP in 2021/3.
