From May 2016, I extended my scope from strategy marketing to offer & strategy marketing. Reporting to the Easy line Business VP of industry business, my role is to lead the offer marketing manager team for the whole medium offer portfolio of SE Industry Business. The Easy line business has an extended product line covering VSD, HMI, PLC, Servo, Control & Signaling offers. I lead the overall upstream marketing activity for the entire product line and collaborate with country sales teams around the globe.

Help medium business VP to define the road map of medium range industry offer development. Medium range is a specific strategy initiative targeting value emerging economies. Schneider set up a dedicated team in China to execute medium strategy, develop suitable offers and managing the medium portfolio. As the strategy marketing manager, I worked with the global LoB team and country sales team, to study the market, foresee the trend in the emerging countries and propose offer roadmap accordingly.I am also resposible for the project marketing for those projects written into the roadmap. As the linkage between R&D resources and the market, we work out the business cases for potential projects, propose detailed plan for the 4P elements for the offers, make sure the projects are executed on time, on cost and on quality targets. Lead the launch of new offer, support country sales team to deliver the business commitment and achieve overall targets of the projects.

Manage the product line of HMI, push button and EMR relay offers in the "medium offer" portfolio of Schneider Electric.

Began as an intern for hardware design, I rotated among several positions in the R&D and marketing team of Kinco Automation. In 2009, I was appointed as the leader of Kinco's oversas business. Throughout these years, we achieved remarkable growth. Although my team is still young, we were very confident that we will become an important part of the overall Kinco business and establish the Kinco brand in emerging countries. In 4 years, Kinco overseas business grew from zero to multi-million USD and the brand became well known in India, Turkey and other new economic countries.
