Ever since my commencement at the Institute for Information Industry, my passion has been nurturing startups, a commitment I have upheld for the past decade. Throughout this time, I have had the privilege of guiding over 100 startups, each one contributing to the vibrant tapestry of innovation.Drawing upon my extensive expertise in coaching SMEs, I spearheaded the establishment of the NexTech Academy coaching program in collaboration with the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Federation of the Republic of China. Through this initiative, my team has guided approximately 300 SMEs, nurturing future leaders and fostering a culture of digital transformation. As a result, I have had the privilege of witnessing the enhanced competitiveness of domestic enterprises to go for the global market.
