Responsibilities- New product development. According product’s using condition and customer’s requirement to design product, conform the principle of design standardization and control the product cost throughout the developing procedure.- Developing new product’s qualification test plan, Follow up the product standard and experience to make the qualification test plan, communication with sales and customer do the final confirm. Arrange the test executive and follow up the test state do the design update. Achievements- In the working process, I have taken leading the Easy Access drop cable and cable terminal product’s development, It’s a single fiber outdoor optical cable, Easy stripped away by hand is the most important feature, and it meet the applicable requirements of GR-20, in order to meet the requirements of the product, spend near one year to study include the cable tooling, cable production line, patent and qualification test, the final products’ order quantity reaches about 2kkm/month, the sales amount of $7million each month, to win the market share of over 70%.- I have involved in Gen1 and Gen2 FST product’s development, it is a series of minitype optical closure product, it meet the applicable requirements of GR3120 & GR3152 and GR765. The IP68 sealing requirement is a big difficulty, I’m in charge of key’s sealing rubber parts design work, the Gen1’s sealing rubber parts are through the experiment of the final structure, I have propose the new design and use the rubber CAE simulation technology to calculate the rubber structure, and make the success once time. - I have involved in a FTTN cabinet’s development, it’s a $400 million project, I’m in charge of all Experiment in china, it includes some routine tests and special tests, for example solar load test, wind resistance test, Noise test and impact test.

Responsibilities- In charge of High speed connector of Backplane connector’s design work,- Take technical preparatory for development light backplane connector Achievements- Take the QSFP optical cable’s product development work with US RD team.Reason for leaving- Prefer working challenges.

Include the PCBA process, die bond technology, wire bond technology, IC package technology and High speed sign test technology.- In charge of the optical sensor assessment work, main include FBG fiber optical sensor system.Reason for leaving- Boss leaving back to USA.
