During the lectures, I took the lead to consolidate the anonymous feedbacks on his teachings from the class and I like to share some of the consolidated comments as follows: 1. So surprise that the most boring topic as regulation can be so interesting!! Excellent course materials! Thank to Prof. Wang! I like the iPhone IV case as used as the starting point, really woke up everyone from the humid, hot afternoon especially just right after lunch time. The video examples are so clear to illustrate each of the sterilization methods. Hope we can have a few field trip to observe how the real world, how the equipment and the factory functions. 2. Thanks to Dr. Wang's lecture of quality assurance system and risk management, very educational video for the lecture, couldn't feel asleep in the class after watching the Paris Train Crash accident. If we could watch a few video from the beginning of the lecture, we will be very awake for the entire afternoon. Well understood of the devil always hides behind the details. Thanks. 3. Very useful introduction about TFDA application process. Besides, the six suggestions on how to well classify the categories for medical devices are very helpful. Thank you very much. 4. Very fruitful review about the history of clinical trials and the ethical concerns behind those cases. Thanks. 5. Very clear and helpful information of the regulation guideline to determine and evaluate potential test items for product prototype. Very helpful! 6. Thank you for your brain-storming course on DuraSeal and related products. In fact I've gathered some information about this magic product previously and you gave me an insight to see through this. 7. Once again Prof. Wang gave us very good exercises and guidance to help us understand design cycle from original needs to product validation. 8. Prof. Wang: I learn a lot from the brainstorming lecture from PilliCam case study, and realize the translation skill from unmet need to design input using the sheet you provided. Looking forward the next class! 9. I liked this class because Prof. Wang shared his FDA regulations (PMA and 510(K)) experience with us, and it was very useful. 10.
