1.Take the position of Costing who is responsible to the largest BU of Naura; In charge of the monthly closing, such as cost accounting, cost analysis and expense management;2.Connect with the BU, provide data of budget, cost and expense, review the reimbursement of BU timely;3. Negotiate with the departments such as HR, Admin, summarize the management expenses of each businessdepartment;4. Bind, review and file various vouchers of the financial department.

1.Collect and calculate various oil and gas prices, update comparisons and predictions of purchasing costs, build up the data framework, establish daily reports of the international spot market; gather global import and export data on a regular basis, do researches on countries, projects and terminals as the support for international trading;2.Communicate and cooperate internally and externally to promote the due diligence process with international energy companies;3.Connect with suppliers, the finance team and banks, arrange and update the information of the transactions, allocate the credit limits of each bank, assist with the SBLC draft revise and ensure the SBLC issuance on time;4.Provide commercial support for the countersign and execution of NDA, MSPA, CN; Promote the supplier data management and the archive of contracts; Communicate with IT and finance team to optimize the contract process;5.Work with the agencies such as the Ministry of Finance, Customs, freight forwarders; complete the enterprise qualification applications for 6 entities, declare the cargo imports and get the unique number, achieve the import of American cargos with no additional tariffs imposed;6.Promote the change of Singapore entity, update and renew the administrative agreements, assist the financial department with the department budget, invoice reimbursement, payment approval, annual audit and translation;7.Participate in the preparation of summaries of monthly business performance and strategic plans;8.Accompany the foreign guests for visits.
